I was contacted by the Transdev Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) team to assist in branding their new DEI strategy and action plans. The goal was to create a unique visual identity for these important documents, setting them apart from other publications while ensuring that each action plan had its own distinct look and feel. At the same time, it was crucial to ensure the designs remained cohesive with the broader Transdev brand, while incorporating the Reconciliation artwork as a key element.

Working closely with the DEI team, we developed a color palette for each specific focus area within the DEI strategy. This palette was used to differentiate each action plan and all related assets, giving each one its own identity while maintaining a unified, professional aesthetic. The final design solutions allowed the DEI strategy to stand out as a set of documents with a clear, purposeful visual presence, all while reinforcing Transdev's commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
