For the past six years, I have been responsible for creating the visual assets for the Journey Maker Awards, an employee recognition event that celebrates the hard work and dedication of staff. This annual event requires a variety of design materials to be produced throughout the year, including nominee certificates, posters, and reminders to encourage nominations.

As the event approaches, I design and produce bespoke assets to celebrate the winners. These include personalized winner certificates, lapel pins, an animated presentation for the awards ceremony, venue signage, and other event-related materials. Each year, the challenge is to maintain a fresh, engaging design while ensuring the event's materials reflect its importance to the staff and the organization.

Working on this event has been incredibly rewarding, as it allows me to contribute to an occasion that means so much to the employees. The opportunity to help bring recognition to staff through carefully crafted design is both fulfilling and meaningful, and it’s been a pleasure to support the event’s success year after year.
