In 2022, I was contacted by a member of the Transdev executive team to assist in producing videos for an upcoming conference. The goal of these videos was to highlight key areas of focus for the executive team, with Transdev staff featured discussing their specific areas of expertise.

Given the tight timeline of just two weeks, I had to rely on the local communications staff to capture the interviews with available equipment. To ensure the project moved smoothly, I worked closely with the Transdev Communications (TDA) team to develop a script and shot list that would guide the interviews and ensure consistency across the footage. Additionally, I coached the local comms leads through the filming process, providing support and direction on-site.

Once the footage was captured, I focused on creating the animated portions of the videos, gathering existing B-roll, and preparing for post-production. When the interviews and B-roll footage arrived, I was able to quickly handle the color grading and audio cleanup, ensuring the final videos met the required quality standards. After finalizing the edits, I sent the videos across for approval, ensuring they were ready on time for the conference.

This project was an excellent exercise in managing a fast-paced timeline, collaborating with various teams, and ensuring a polished end result despite limited resources. It provided an opportunity to work on both the creative and technical aspects of video production while maintaining a strong focus on efficiency and quality.
